code of conduct

Winter Garden Village is a private commercial property and is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. We ask all of our guests to conduct themselves in a respectful way in accordance with the code of conduct and all laws and local ordinances.

While visiting Winter Garden Village, the following activities will not be permitted:

1. Any violation of the law, which includes the commission of any act defined by Federal, State, or local ordinances as a criminal act. 
2. The possession of firearms or illegal weapons. 
3. Loitering, trespassing, distributing handbills, or soliciting. 
4. Blocking storefronts, fire exits or escalators, or obstructing pedestrian or vehicular traffic. 
5. Picketing, demonstrating, and petitioning unless otherwise authorized by law. 
6. Disorderly conduct or any activity whose nature would tend to disrupt the legitimate business of the property and its tenants. 
7. Failing to be properly clothed, including acceptable footwear. 
8. The possession of open alcoholic beverages, except in designated areas. 
9. Pets or animals, other than leashed, nonaggressive animals or service animals aiding persons with disabilities. 
10. Commercial videotaping or photography. 
11. Conduct that endangers, including, but not limited to, the use of skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, and other similar devices. 
12. The use of Segways or other similar motorized devices except by persons with mobility impairments. 
13. Excessive or disruptive noise. 
14. The use of abusive, threatening, obscene or profane language. 

Guests who do not act in accordance with the above Code may be asked to leave the property or subject to arrest by law enforcement. The shopping center retains the right to revise or modify these rules as necessary.
